All staff highly professional and a friendly atmosphere.

As a customer there for numerous years I have never had any issues, staff are excellent in their knowledge and their approach to customers is top notch. Thoroughly recommend.

Just had a check up at Davis Eyecare and was happy to experience the same standard of excellence as in previous visits. From the moment you walk in, the staff welcome you with a friendly professionalism that makes you feel at ease. I love that I can book an appointment in my lunch break and not have to worry about being delayed. Thanks Steven and staff.

Ian is very professional.extremly knowlegable he shares his knowledge that easy to understand and has the best friendly manner. Only thing I didn't like that you ask for a 50 % deposit without making this common knowledge. This could and would be a source of embarrassment for some customers if they didn't have the money when they place an order. ( It was lucky that I transferred enough money into my general account the week before.) Previously one payed when one picked up their goods.

I have been a client of Davis Eyecare for many years and have always found their service to be outstanding. The ladies at reception have always been friendly and welcoming and willing to help with choosing glasses. The optometrists have always treated me with care and respect, willing to discuss any concerns I may have. I would highly recommend Davis Eyecare.
