Very amiable, highly skilled, thorough optometrist--I could not have had a better eye exam! Very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable staff! Bright, pleasant waiting area! Wide selection of frames! I know I'm hard to please; they have both my trust and my repeat business.

Great personal care

I have been a client of Davis Eyecare for many years and have always found their service to be outstanding. The ladies at reception have always been friendly and welcoming and willing to help with choosing glasses. The optometrists have always treated me with care and respect, willing to discuss any concerns I may have. I would highly recommend Davis Eyecare.

Great team

I have no connection at all with Davis Eyecare apart from being an extremely satisfied customer that appreciates the warm yet ultra efficient service provided by them and would have no hesitation at all in recommanding them to family and friends.

Ian is very professional.extremly knowlegable he shares his knowledge that easy to understand and has the best friendly manner. Only thing I didn't like that you ask for a 50 % deposit without making this common knowledge. This could and would be a source of embarrassment for some customers if they didn't have the money when they place an order. ( It was lucky that I transferred enough money into my general account the week before.) Previously one payed when one picked up their goods.

When I visited Devonport Eyecare, I found the staff professional and friendly. Mr Frame the Optometrist explains what he is about to do, and makes you feel comfortable. It was a positive experience.

Highly recommend. The optometrist listened to my concerns, completed a comprehensive assessment and provided excellent follow-up.
