Ian is very professional.extremly knowlegable he shares his knowledge that easy to understand and has the best friendly manner. Only thing I didn't like that you ask for a 50 % deposit without making this common knowledge. This could and would be a source of embarrassment for some customers if they didn't have the money when they place an order. ( It was lucky that I transferred enough money into my general account the week before.) Previously one payed when one picked up their goods.

The crew at Davis Churcher Eyecare have gone out of their way to ensure my various eye conditions have been catered for. The ladies who deal with the desk and eye wear go to a lot of trouble to find the frames and lens most suited to my needs, and Stephen has always been good humoured and thorough (and inventive!) throughout testing and treatments. They have my highest recommendation!

My second appointment was even better than my first. Pleasant, professional, courteous and attentive staff make the experience a joy.

Excellent service and attention to detail.

Very friendly, efficient Eyecare Team with metered parking out front. Just beware there is a step up into lovely old building. Didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need and I felt very confident everyone knew what they were doing (which isn't always the case). So, overall a very positive experience & looking forward to getting my Readers.
